We have been continuing to work closely with this cracking vodka. Keeping ourselves busy with the Ketel One sponsored alumni events in UCD. Here we have served and helped inebriate the country’s finest minds with some classic The Ultimate Ketel One Martini. These events will be happening throughout the year so if you are an X graduate of UCD be sure to sign up to the alumni if only to have some spiffing drinks, never mind the social betterment that you will inevitably bask in.

Ronan is very chuffed by being honored by the Patron Spirits company with the role of brand ambassador. Traveling around Europe teaching bartenders, sales and sampling staff about the joys of the worlds best Super Premium Tequila has been a very difficult job. He’s had to slum it in places such as Cannes, London, Amsterdam and is currently getting his bags packed to head of to Italy. It’s a hard life.

That’s right folks we’re back and even shinier than before! We have secured our pitch for this year’s Taste of Dublin festival so be sure to stop by and kick back at the epicentre of decadence, relaxation and all things shiny. Heads will turn and eyes will burn when you sneak your first peak at our new Airstream cocktail bar. It is being restored as we speak just in time for a fun filled and festively challenged agenda this summer. Sooner or later you will be caught enjoying a masterfully prepared cocktail between the DJ box and the bar with 28 foot of the shiniest alloy known to man adding to your sparkle.

We’ve had a busy couple of months working on the concept and restoration for our new mobile cocktail bar. We were lucky enough to find a 30ft 1969 Landyacht that had been living in a garden in Sutton of all places. It was shipped on the back of a low loader to a specialist company in the UK who are well under way with the restoration works. It is due to return to Ireland at the beginning of May. This will be the countries only purpose built mobile cocktail bar and will be far more then just a drinks catering van. We’ll have a state of the art sound system, bespoke furniture inside and out as well as a fully fitted bar. Keep an eye out for us at events and festivals through out the summer and if you fancy having the Airstream in your back garden for a BBQ, wedding or any other such event give us a buzz.

As always All Bar None has a few “tricks” up its sleeve. Our newest “trick” is Adam Murphy who will be gracing our presence with his come the start of the summer and the new festival season. Having worked flat out with us in the later half of 2009 Adam returned to his beloved Scotland to manage a cocktail bar in Aberdeen. We have been able to tempt him back with prospects shenanigans and tomfoolery all raped up in a nice little package. In other words Adam be fronting our events throughout the country as well as bringing the industry up to standard through his brand seminars and cocktail master classes.
2009/10
The run up to Christmas was extremely busy at All Bar None especially in terms of the promotional events that we were handling. You may have unknowingly bumped into us at some stage at one of the many “Smirnoff Speakeasy” promotions around the country. These events brought a new dimension to the concept of in house drink promotions with our Mobster styled mixologists teaching the masses how to make their very own cutting edge cocktails. Now with the New Year well under way we are continuing a steady work load of promotions with round 2 of the “Smirnoff Speakeasy” set to start next month.

You might have come across some of our team in your local pubs around the country. The Bushmills masterclasses were run in November and December. Our team we’re delighted to work with the oldest licensed distillery in the world. Ronan, Oisin and Stevo traveled the length and breath of ireland giving mentored Whiskey tasting to groups of up to 30 people. You could spend a lifetime researching whiskey and still only scratch the surface of this wonderful spirit. To be part of part of this program was a real feather in our cap. We are looking forward to more of these classes in the future.

All Bar None is continuing to grow with the latest addition to the team being signed recently. Having given up a lucrative career in planning Barry has decided to follow his passion for creating great cocktails.
Our team will now be mixing the most unbelievable cocktails behind our recently upgraded mobile cocktail bar. This now means we can operate at any event, from parties of 10 to festivals of gigantic proportions.
We have also got some new toys for you to play with. Cocktail Fountains, perfect for the host who wants to boast their own cocktail party. And while the fountains are keeping the lady’s overjoyed and inebriated, our “Baths of Beers” will have the boys well lubricated in time for joyful frolics and encounters or anywhere in between. We literally have something for everyone!
