Buffalo Trace Bourbon gently diluted with sugar syrup & Angostura Bitters.

Margarita (Mexico. 1936)

Patrón Silver Tequila, Patrón Citronge Orange Liqueur shaken with fresh lime juice and a hint of sugar.

Tom Collins (Limmer’s Hotel, London. Circa 1860)

Martin Millers Gin, fresh lemon juice shaken with sugar syrup and served over ice with a splash of soda water.

Daiquiri (Santiago, Cuba. 1896)

Matusalem Clasico 10 Year Old Rum, fresh lime juice & sugar syrup shaken with ice and served straight up.

Whiskey Sour (New York. 1862)

Buffalo Trace Bourbon, lemon juice & sugar syrup shaken with Angostura Bitters & egg white served on the rocks.

Wine Cobbler (England. Circa 1810)

St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur & Sauvignon Blanc shaken with ice and topped with soda water.

Mai Tai (Trader Vic’s, San Francisco. 1944)

Matusalem Solera 7 and Triple Sec shaken with lime juice Orgeat Syrup and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Served over crushed ice.

Singapore Sling (Singapore. 1911)

Martin Miller's Gin, Benedictine, Cherry Brandy and Triple Sec shaken with pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Served long over ice.

Gimlet (Royal Navy, Circa 1879)

Martin Miller's Gin shaken with Roses Lime Cordial. Served up with a twist.

Mary Pickford (Havanagh,Cuba. 1920)

Matusalem 7 year old shaken with pineapple juice, Grenadine and Maraschino Liqueur. Served in a chilled martini glass.

Manhattan (New York, circa 1874)

Buffalo Trace Bourbon stirred with Sweet Vermouth and a drop of Angostura Bitters. Add some Maraschino Liqueur for a slightly sweeter Manhattan.

Negroni (Milano, 1919)

Equal measures of Miller's Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth gently stirred and served on the rocks.
